I’ve been going to the Hair Lash & Brow loft in Port Jeff, NY for the last 3 years, and I just recently relocated down to south Florida and was so thrilled to see that there was a location in Boca!! Kenzie used to do my lashes in NY before relocating down here so of course I went to her, she’s gentle and efficient and you’ll leave with your lashes looking absolutely bomb!! If you’re in the area and looking for somewhere to go for lashes (or any of the other services they offer, like hair / brows / waxing etc) you 1000% should check out HLB!

Never again. Came in with grown out lash extensions from another place, I booked a lash removal & hybrid set. $175 for a hybrid set is ridiculous. To start, 45 mins if I had to guess, to remove my existing lashes. 2.5 hours later my wispy hybrid set was finally done… I don’t know what took this long and the end result for the price was horrible. There was no manager or anyone other than a receptionist and I just wanted to leave at that point so there was nothing I could’ve done. For starters she didn’t even ask me what look I wanted, just went ahead and started to apply extensions. Basically at the end of my service the receptionist asked the girl lashing me if she’s done lashes on anyone other than employees and my heart sank. I could only imagine what my lashes were going to look like. She also mentioned using Amazon extensions…When she showed me my lashes one eye looked fuller than the other and she said it’s the way they brushed out, and whatever she brushed through the extensions made them clump together. My eyes burned the entire night after the service. When I got home I was looking in my mirror and saw built up residue and glue she failed to remove before starting my new set. I held back tears meanwhile that would’ve been a better solution and have the extensions just let loose at this point. I sat for over an hour with tweezers to my eyes trying to carefully remove the left over white gunk she left in my natural lashes, on my eyelids and in the extensions. HORROR SHOW. Spoke with a “manager” days later and was given an insulting 20% off my next visit. I had no energy to argue at that point and just wanted them to know who they have working for them but who knows if they even care since this girl who lashed me shouldn’t be in the first place.

I’ve been seeing Rose for my eye brows and no one slays them as well as she does the most perfect thread and tint! I have also had my hair done a few times by Julianna! I literally LOVE her! She understood the assignment and nailed it! I have super thick hair and she was able to color and style my hair effortlessly. Julianna made me feel so comfortable and we laughed and really connected. All of the other girls working were super nice and friendly as well! I always recommend this place to all my friends!
