I came here with a Groupon just to try it out. LOVE this salon and the owner (Fiorella). It was a comfortable, warm and inviting place. Clean and spacious. Fiorella did a wonderful job with my color and my cut – she listened to exactly what I wanted. On top of all this I had the most wonderful conversation with her while I was there – what a nice person! I definitely recommend trying this place out – you won’t be disappointed!

Very disappointed.I had booked a Groupon for this salon. First the lady goofs up the appointment. When I reached ..even before I sat down she tells me to pay $20 extra for colour (my hair is just shoulder length) I had to agree because I have already spent money on cab to get there. Then she goes on to mix color. I wanted a lighter shade but she insists how she is always right about the color . Then after shampoo she puts on conditioner in my hair for 5 min. ( no heat) calls it a mask. No deep conditioning. Then cuts my hair like Iam a mannequin with a wig. Very average haircut. She does blow dry very well to make the end product look good. I didn’t achieve much for $80 that I spent there. Not worth at all.

My first time here. Used a Groupon. Best haircut I’ve had in years! Fiorella is a lovely lady and knowledgeable about hair care. Works quickly and skillfully. I wear short, layered hair, and it’s been 3 wks and it’s growing out beautifully, keeping its shape and style. Received numerous compliments on my hair. I’m a Florell Salon fan now.

This is a wonderful salon and I’ll definitely be back. She cut my hair exactly as I asked and confirmed visually about how much length I wanted taken off. I felt completely at ease and among friends.

Bought a Groupon recently, made an appointment. When my appointment day came up, the salon was closed. I tried calling ahead to make sure they were open, I left a message. Nothing. No one bothered to call me and let me know no one was going to be there. I called a few times the next day to try and reschedule the appointment. No one picked up. I called the following day after that, I manage to get someone to pick up, they said “Hello”, I started to talk and then I was HUNG UP ON. I just can’t, this treatment was beyond ridiculous. I traded in my Groupon, it just wasn’t worth trying to get a hold of someone.

Do not buy a Groupon if you’ve been to this place before. I went to this place almost 2 years ago and the Groupon says you can’t get a Groupon if it’s within a year, it’s been almost 2. I called and she won’t honor it, said to me that i can pay the difference if i want to go there, no thanks. Don’t waste your money!
