Drove 35 minutes to come get a facial. Waited for the lady to tell me that she was “held up” and I couldn’t be seen today. They charge $25 cancellation fee for customers but offer customers nothing for inconvenience of cancelling the day of as I’m there already. Extremely disappointed.

I adore this place!! Went in for a facial with their on site esthetician Lisa Leone and became and addict! Amazing atmosphere. Facials, Massages, Reike treatments and even sessions with a medium are available. I take advantage of them all. A monthly visit to Lisa for her esthetician services is now officially in my budget.

Body essential is the best! The only place I will go to for massage therepy. I can’t even begin to start to explain how amazing the staff is they have manic hands! My daughter and I have been seeing Rachel Derenda, LMT for massages over the last year. The massage room is very warm, clean, decorated nicely, and the table is heated. She applies enough pressure in order to alleviate the tightness in my shoulders. I would highly recommend Rachel.
