Went to the Yoga Nook Wellness Center with a shoulder injury. I booked an appointment with Beth Dorr LMT. Boy, was i glad! Her demeanor was warm, calm, and welcoming. When we discussed the muscle areas needing focus i felt heard and her knowledge made me relax and trust her capabilities. Beth’s instincts were impeccable, knowing exactly when to apply deep pressure and when to soften and relax the tension. i left there able to rotate my shoulder more freely, felt way lighter, and pain free. i highly recommend her.
