Used to use Tina. She was great. I think she isn’t there anymore. Anyway last 2 trips, including today, they simply ignore the order of reservation. Send texts, “your next”, please be in store by such and such a time Get there. Top of list. Then 2 people taken in front of me. One a walk in. They have no regard for the posted order. Just take whoever is there. I’ll never use again.

Convenient that you can mark your name on their waitlist virtually but that’s where the attention to the customer experience ends; lady that cut my hair was extremely unpleasant to deal with, not patient and at the end just plain rude — no business being in the customer service industry. Never Again!! Oh my g-d I cannot believe what just happened here. I went with my 4 yo son, a bright eyed boy who loves people genuinely and unfortunately we got a taste of humanity I hated for him to ingest. I still cannot believe the treatment!! We sat patiently waiting for our turn and then the woman literally said to me in a cold obnoxious not smiling tone and body language without making eye contact with either of us: “How does he want his haircut?” HE’S 4 years old. Then she forced me to “stand behind the line” while my son reached his arms out in despair and clearly she made ZERO effort to calm him down. She then literally pushed his head down and roughly began to buzz his head all the time he is terrified of this rude awful woman. I literally ripped him out of the chair and stormed out to never ever return again. What an awful awful experience!!!

This was easily the beat experience I have ever had getting a haircut. So worth going for the MVP options. Sports Clips definitely stands out above the other chains by a lot! Nicole was great and gave me the perfect haircut to start my new job!
