The scheduled appointment I made online for my son was 25 minutes past the scheduled time. We got there 5 minutes early, and she said she was finishing up with the current customer, and then she had to take a 10-minute break. When we got back at the appropriate time, she was already cutting someone else’s hair. She had my phone number but never attempted to call me or page me in the store. We did not stay; we spent too much time waiting. We will never go there again.

Signed in on the great clips app and was told there would be a 30 minute wait. When I got there(30 minuets later) they then told me it would be 50 more minutes because “she’s a new hair dresser”. By the time I got in I had been waiting more than 2 hours for a haircut. So unless you want to waste your time, don’t come here.

Took a chance and stopped here on a very busy day. Unfortunately only 1 person on staff but she was able to squeeze me in before her next appointment showed up. I was very pleased with the haircut and the quality of the cut would definitely stop their again when in a pinch and need a quick haircut done.

OMG I have finally stopped crying after 3 days, I went there for first time and will never go back. I left there scalped ! I had long hair, and wanted it shorten some, even had a picture of the length. which would of been to my shoulders, It was cut to the top of my ears ! The back was tapered to the neck. I’m totally upset, she did not listen to me as to what I wanted.

It was horrible My daughter came in to Great cut’s and she said her Barber Kelly was pulling her hair to the point where it felt like someone was pulling her hair out of the roots.
