I walked in and had the male hairstylist. He asked me what i wanted and i told him a stacked bob. I showed him the picture to go off of, and it looks like my 16 month old took scissors to my hair. I went here because my usual hairstylist was busy today. I will never go here again. I have never cried after a haircut, but when he handed me the mirror, i started to tear up. This was the worst experience i have ever had at a great clips.
