I visited this location three times for a lash lift and tint. The first time I was very pleased with the quality their services and decided to come back a second time. The second time I was there I showed up 15 minutes early and waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Halfway through my service they informed me they would only be able to complete the last lift and not the tint because they were closing. I was disappointed. However, I decided to return one more time. I specifically called to ensure my appointment was set up for a lash lift AND tint and confirmed my appointment. When I showed up to my appointment they told me they would not have time to complete both services and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no and decided I will not be returning. To my surprise I was charged at $42 “cancelation fee”. When I called to ask that it be returned as They were the ones who did not honor the appointment they refused and said it was totally inappropriate and that a manager would call. Don’t go here unless you want terrible snobby service

The Lash Lounge in Belmont Shore is my absolute favorite lash place. I have been a customer since their opening. The owners, Mark & Suzie, are so very thoughtful and personable. Sharon, the manager, treats everyone as though they are valued guests at a luxury hotel, but on a first name basis. Jennifer, who is my stylist, is very talented. What makes her excellent is that she is tireless in figuring out how to continually improve my experience. I have sensitive eyes and over a few appointments, she tried various techniques until landing on one that stopped my eyes from tearing. She researched the issue and kept trying until we got to a sweet spot. I really appreciate the personalized attention and care.
