This is the best experience I’ve had at any laser clinic. The results are amazing, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean environment, with people who are respectful and care. You can easily feel uncomfortable at other places but it truly feels relaxed making the experience great. I love my results and would never go anywhere else. Ms SUREETA in particular is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Worth it!

This place is by far my FAVORITE! I have always wanted hairless body. I’ve tried different places and this place by far is the best. The people are very nice and welcoming great customer service! Prices are very AFFORDABLE especially for the whole body! They are also very patient and helpful in case you are sensitive to pain! Highly highly recommended! One tip if you can’t tolerate pain put numbing cream one hour ahead!

Very, very poor customer service. The salon is janky and I question the cleanliness. I paid for 6 laser hair removal treatments and will not be returning for the remaining services. I received 3 treatments and waited 30 minutes for the 4th treatment, but the technician WASN’T EVEN THERE! They called me before appointments asking me to come early, but I would sit waiting in their hot, stuffy sitting area for over 30 minutes every time. This place is awful and a waste of your time and money. Terrible experience.

I am not one to mess around with my eyebrows, I walked in and told her that I wanted them waxed and not threaded specifically due to a horrible painful threading experience nearby. She asked if she would be able to clean them up after waxing with threading to show me that it doesn’t hurt. I agreed and I am so grateful I did because my brows have never looked better. Thank you Priya and I am so excited to come back!

This is the WORST salon in the area. They actually damaged my skin and made it bleed. I was left with more acne, scrapes and cuts which caused scarring. The staff is not at all trained, don’t communicate and pretty bad at their job. I would have been okay if there were no results but my skin was damaged. On top of that, they charged me an extra $25 for a stupid face pack that they initially said was included in the facial. Scammers and worst people. Also, the lady who did my eyebrows caused my skin to bleed around the eye area and my face was full of cuts after their “deep clean” facial. I just wish this business closes due to their malpractice.

I will avoid this place totally, I paid heavily for my face laser hair removal. Took 5 sessions and didn’t even get reminder or call for the 6th one. I still see hair on my face so treatment was not sucessful. Guys don’t get into their trap..worst place ever. AVOID!!! This is just about laser hair removal. Another experience I had with my hair colour ( so called highlights..lol) all she did was applying power bleach to my hair and didn’t even take care of the root color which had to be darker as I have grey roots. So I paid $250 + tip for an experiment done by an inexperienced esthetician. I had to pay another $150 to correct that messed up hair somewhere else. Please note that I was not a new customer there. I was going there for waxing from last 2 years and they didn’t care to be respectful of that.
