I can not explain how happy and obsessed I have been with my nails and their shape. I go to Ludmi and she is amazing. She pays attention to every detail and makes sure you are satisfied all throughout. My nails last me and she does the shape and length perfect every single time. It is so clean and a good environment. The pricing as well is spot on. I went here for my first time because I desperately needed my nails fixed and done after no longer going to a place I went to for years. I can not explain how happy and obsessed I have been with my nails and their shape. I go to Ludmi and she is amazing. She pays attention to every detail and makes sure you are satisfied all throughout. My nails last me and she does the shape and length perfect every single time. Possibly the slowest service I’ve ever received at a nail salon. Walked in at 9:50 for an acrylic fill in and left at 12:10. Couldn’t get the shape, bulky fill, 35 minutes just to put polish on. Cuticles torn up and burning. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Had to just ask her to do one coat because I literally couldn’t stand to sit there for one more second. Over 2 hours for a fill in and broken nail is actually comical.

I literally never write reviews but this Salon 100% deserves it. The costumer service is soo lovely and so welcoming they deserve 5 stars just for that. I went there last minute while waiting on my car service to be completed and they set me up right away. The place is incredibly clean and cozy. They had HGTV on while I got a calm pedicure. They took their time with it and left my pedicure professionally polished. The prices are more than fair. Quick and easy parking too. Thank you so much Viviana!

As a nail technician, this place is a no. They clearly reuse files and I question how they clean their tools. I came in for a pedicure and instead of soaking off the gel, she just drilled it off. I was paying close attention and didn’t feel she got close to my natural nail so I didn’t say anything. The polish was horrible! It was like she was spreading mayo on a piece of bread. Def would not go back or recommend anyone to go.

My issue is that I went in to get a gel refill and I was given someone who wasn’t experienced. The nail polish dried clumpy and I cracked a nail a few hours later due to the fact the gel was applied in a thin layer. I also have two slightly unevenly shaped nails. I was asked it l liked them I was in a hurry and didn’t inspect them closely. I support small businesses in the community so when I saw the nail salon I was very happy. The place is clean the staff is professional and polite. My issue is that I went in to get a gel refill and I was given someone who wasn’t experienced.
