Hair Time

Critical: QualityI had an appmt with Cathy for a slight trim and color in Oct 2020. She said she had 30 yr experience. When she was foiling my hair I was very concerned because it was so chaotic and unorganized. 3 1/2 later I walked out with a slaughter of a color job and she totally destroyed my hair style. The color she foiled was not applied correctly so I had holes of dark hair in the middle and what should have been blonde was red due to her not allowing enough time to process. I was so upset that I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else to get my hair fixed. She offered to fix it, but there is no way I could trust her with my hair again.
