Was looking for a Local barbershop near me since I am new to the area. Saw some good reviews and got referred through friends. I was particularly interested in shear scissor work with a high/ mid fade.., I definitely got All of this at SIR!! The staff was very welcoming, the decor is chic & cool. The shop is in a great location in the West Hollywood area (with plenty of street parking and easy neighborhood parking), and absolutely meets the style and quality you’d expect in this part of town. The shop ambiance is super clean, bright and light, and always has good jams on. Plus, the guys are always so cool and inviting, and when I come in or leave, there are stylists (aside from my own) who greet me and send me off – you feel like part of the family. Plus, the prices are right on point and you TOTALLY get what you pay for.I go to Kyle every 1-2 weeks and it’s the highlight of my week. Kyle is an absolute artist. I take a lot of pride in my personal style and, honestly, am pretty picky. Kyle is so passionate, consultative, and determined to make me feel like a champ. I’ve never had a barber that delivers a perfect cut, is so passionate and interested in what I want, AND is one of the nicest people I know.I definitely recommend going to SIR (and Kyle) for your next cut. SIR is a treasure – I’d leave 10 stars if I could. The shop is in a great location in the West Hollywood area (with plenty of street parking and easy neighborhood parking), and absolutely meets the style and quality you’d expect in this part of town. The shop ambiance is super clean, bright and light, and always has good jams on. The quality and detail is second to none, and the customer service is unlike anything I experienced in LA after being here for 7+ years. When I returned for the appointment Chris greeted me immediately and asked if I wanted anything to drink. After I showed him what I was looking for he immediately got to work, showing precision and rechecking himself the entirety of the session. This was my first time going to a barbershop and I did it on a whim. The staff was excellent and immediately acknowledged me when I entered the store and got me set-up for an appointment. When I returned for the appointment Chris greeted me immediately and asked if I wanted anything to drink. Design inside and out is clean and stands out. Bowser did an excellent cut especially with my very grown out thick and curly hair for the past few months.
