I just moved to Westfield and didn’t have the time to go into the city, NYC, where I normally get my haircut. After reading Yelp reviews I made an appointment with Jessica. While the salon was well kept and busy I found heroverrated. Jessica is a pleasant person but she was very harsh with cutting my hair. Just a basic cut, nothing fancy. She kept combing over my ears (ouch) and burnt my scalp when she was drying my hair. She apologized as I made a Yelp when she burnt my scalp. Finally, I have lived in London, Shanghai and New York and this was the first time that I had to stand up so that she could finish cutting my hair!
