I would never go to this place again. Two employees were cutting hair with two clients and one was waiting. I was not greeted for over 10 minutes although they looked up and saw me and I was standing at the front the whole time! Only after the women was done checking out her client and had to come to front did she ask what I needed. No one is friendly in anyway. I was brought back quickly after that I explain that I had a coupon and the haircut began. I was told to stand my hair was brushed and my dead ends were trimmed off then the haircut was over. I was so stunned that I paid and left. I am very unclear how you or why you would do a haircut standing up and not at least somebody back in the chair to make sure that it is even. It’s not even it looks terrible! I am not sure who is running this place but they really need to look into the way things are being done. I will never return and I have advised everyone I know or come in contact with that they should not come there if they are looking for a decent haircut.

Have gone here for the past 6 months or so. My haircut is always crooked, bad, and not even close to what I asked for. I always bring pictures to show the girls too …. but for some reason they just don’t get it? No one here can do a nice skin fade, which in this day and age is a pretty standard cut all barbers should be able to do. Honestly stay away. Richards is just down the street. These chain barbers always stink. Anyone that’s good will move on once they get some experience.

I came in as a walk in and Linda took me. I’ve never had a worse haircut in my life. Very bad experience, would not recommend this great clips at least. Unless you want to wait 2 weeks for your hair to grow back. Haircut

Absolutely don’t go here if you want a good haircut. I asked for my hair to not be cut up top and to just trim the sides. I got much more and walked out losing a whole years worth of growing my hair. Do no and I repeat do not go. Can’t wait to have to wait an entire year just to get my hair back.
