Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFrom start to finish my experience here was wonderful!When I called to schedule the appointment I told Robin I had a “hair project” as my hair was a bit of a disaster after some processing at another Bellingham Salon.Robin was so sweet on the phone- she made me feel heard and I already had a good feeling.When I arrived early the next morning Donna greeted me with such a warm and inviting personality. She listened as I explained the what happened and she came up with a game plan to start repairing my ruined hair! She included me in the game plan often checking in with me to make sure we were on the same page and to let me know what she was going to do next.She managed to take the mangled mess of mush on my head and turn it into something my BFF described as “luscious and beautiful”I will need to continue coming back for conditioning treatments as my hair heals- but I’m okay with that because they’re so great!If you’re looking for the spot this is it.Thanks, again ladies!From start to finish my experience here was wonderful!When I called to schedule the appointment I told Robin I had a “hair project” …More
