Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going to Brandy for therapeutic massages to address soreness and tightness related to cycling and strength training, and sessions with her have really helped. I really appreciate that her massages are not cookie-cutter. At the beginning of each session, we discuss what I want to focus on this time, and then during the session, she uses her command of the relevant anatomy and a variety of techniques to really effectively address those areas. She’s also good at communicating, both checking in during the session about pressure, etc… and making suggestions of things I can do between sessions to help. Highly recommended.I’ve been going to Brandy for therapeutic massages to address soreness and tightness related to cycling and strength training, and sessions with her have really helped. Nice place with good vibes. Brandy is very knowledgable, professional and passionate about her work. She also offers good advice on things like exercises, stretches, etc. to address problem areas. With a few sessions of deep tissue and cupping, I’ve been able to make progress on some chronic issues while maintaining my training frequency. Would highly recommend!
