My hair was a hot MESS when I came in to see Carmen. She somehow made my color beautiful and when I was too scared to make a cut and regretted it, she didn’t hesitate to do just what I wanted….6 days later. She’s truly amazing and the other staff is super friendly and from what I saw, their clients are happy too. 5 hours total on my head and I couldn’t be happier!! Didn’t even know about this place until I asked a friend who did her color. I’ll probably follow Carmen around to any salon in Louisiana if she ever leaves. She’s THAT good!
