At first I was disappointed that I rushed over from work and it was 4:55 and they were closed. I understand people have places to be and a life. I called to double check and the employees kindly agreed to cut my hair. I truly understand what a pain this can be but I cannot thank you enough for what you did. The cut was quick and efficient. I have struggled to find a good barber and this gentlemen cut my hair in 10 minutes and perfect wow amazing. I have worked retail management for 5+ years and to go out of your way means a lot to me. I will be letting all of my contacts know about this barber shop and the incredible service they did for me today. Thank you again.

This place is a hipster Supercuts. Cut wasn’t even close to what I asked for. I would’ve had the barber fix it but the quality of the cut I figured I’d leave it so another barber could fix it. The place is disgusting. There was even an exposed septic drain pipe with a rag stuffed in it at my feet where I got my haircut. Honesty the health department needs to see it. Structure of the business is also just weird. Take a seat wherever, no one to check in with when you get there. You’re expected to know what order you’re in because they don’t keep track. I won’t be going back. I went there for a quick cut expecting a somewhat decent cut. I should have saved my money because I will be getting another haircut tomorrow… btw for anyone that’s wondering, I could have got a much better haircut at Supercuts and it would have been a much cleaner environment, hindsight is 20/20.

This is a great place! My son had his hair cut here earlier in the week and was happy with the outcome(he’s 8). So I needed to get a real haircut after getting quarantine cuts from my wife for far too long. Super friendly staff. Kiara was the barber that cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. A really awesome and talented person. Will definitely be coming here for my cuts from now on.

After a couple of ok haircuts I decided to try this place one more time. I checked the hours on their website to make sure they were open and it showed them open until 7:00. I arrived at 6:00 and the place was empty except for 2 employees. One of them asked me if he could help me and I told him I needed a haircut. He simply said “we’re closed”. I pointed out that the website says they are open until 7:00 and he said “we’re closing early tonight “. He wasn’t apologetic or didn’t seem to care that I wasted a trip to the shop. Awful customer service. I get it if something came up and he was forced to close early but at least like you care about how you treat customers.

I’ve liked haircuts I’ve gotten here in the past, but when I went today the person who cut my hair was apparently new and didn’t really seem to know what she was doing, and she had to ask another barber for help multiple times. To be fair, my hair was a bit messed up from home-haircuts during the pandemic, but I was just getting a pretty standard undercut and it seems like a barber should be able to handle that. In the confusion of having two barbers, they switched the side of my part without really asking and by the time I realized what they were doing I felt too awkward to say anything. I absolutely hate the way my hair looks in its new direction, and it looks kind of weird if I put it back in its original direction because of the way they cut it for the other side. Maybe that’s on me for not speaking up during the haircut, but as someone who find haircuts stressful to begin with all I can say is that it definitely wasn’t an enjoyable experience
