Didn’t receive what I asked for. The picture below is what my nails look like.. excuse the latex cuticle protective tape around them. I asked for long coffin shape.. these look like medium length square also the right hand nail are shorter and the acrylic is thicker. He act as if he didn’t understand when I told him. Next time if I so return In the future I will schedule with Scott! Complete waste of money on this set.. picture of what coffin shape should have looked like versus what I got. And I painted my own nails !

I’m working in the Victoria area and really needed to get my feet done. I was a walk in customer and they took me right in. I was offered a drink and she started right away. I got the royal spa pedicure and it was amazing. Reasonable price and great service. I am very happy with them and left a nice tip for the outstanding treatment.

Went twice. As much as I like the young ladies personality…the nail work hasn’t been good. Went this last Saturday and I can now see where she didn’t put that second coat of polish on. She missed the side (2nd coating). My lashes are already coming loose. Nevertheless, they are very warm and friendly. Imma try them one more time. Hopefully they will be better…she did tell me that she was tired. Hey…she worked it out on my feet…that she blew out the park…

Critical: QualityI went to Jasmine nail spa to get a simple manicure design and got uneven, horribly shaped nails. There is hair in two of my nails and the flower is not what I asked for. I wanted just a few flowers and got one Big flower that wasn’t even filled in. I am very upset on how sharp they are, I wanted them flat and they are so uneven that I cut myself scratching my nose! The person who did my nails was on the phone most of the time, I understand that they need to take calls but maybe if they were focused I wouldn’t be writing this. I also asked to have powder dip nails and received shellac. I went to Jasmine nail spa to get a simple manicure design and got uneven, horribly shaped nails. There is hair in two of my nails and the flower is not what I asked for.
