Critical: ProfessionalismI was at great clips waiting in my car on a -8 degree frigid day. My infant and sister both were waiting. We got here at 730a.m., we waited outside in the car for 24 minutes. We would have gone inside earlier if we had known they opened the inside. The last 5 times I’ve gone here they would not open door until exactly 8 or a few minutes past 8! Someone else arrived 12 minutes before 8 and they let him in right away! I’m sorry but i was told its first come first serve! We had been outside waiting for 30 min before the person that went ahead of us both, beyond frustrated! I know the opener seen us waiting inside our car and should have said they are waiting and were here before you but she did not! Sorry but I will not be back here i’ll find a new stylist to cut my hair especially one who can be fair and professional. The front desk lady was also very rude!
