I have been bring my son to Janet since he was two years old(he is now 8) .. Janet and her family always treat us with love and compassion and my son and I have developed a wonderful friendship with Hera family the family .. the service is first class. Critical: QualityI been going to this salon before, and the lady that usually cuts my hair does a fantastic job. So I went to dye my hair yesterday because I have a trip coming up on Tuesday, I had a different lady this time. She left me on the dryer with the hair dye, and said she will come back after 20 minutes. I was like, sure . 20 minutes after the dryer turned off. I went to look for her she was cutting someone else’s hair. I was like ok, maybe this dye is ok to stay in the hair longer, I went back and sit down just waiting for her, I think maybe 40 minutes after she finally came back, she washed my hair, ok. I told her how I wanted it. If I want her to dry my hair, I said yeah. Ok it look ok. The total was $140 for haircut, color, and I guess blow drying my hair with a brush. I was like fine, I don’t mind paying as long as she does a good job, whatever. On top of that. I left a her a $20 tip. I was there at 1:30 and I left at 5pm. so everything was ok so far.Next morning I wake up with a terrible itch on the back of my scalp and it was hurting a little. I was like. WTH. I washed my hair because I couldn’t handle it anymore, I put some leave in conditioner, hair oils. It didn’t help, I finally took some Benadryl and put some hydrocortisone ointment on my scalp.
