This is my 3rd time here and let me say if you go to the right techs, it is an amazing experience. I love my nails when I get them done by David. Last time I came in to get my nails done because one broke and Dave wasn’t here so I thought I took a shot and it was a miss. I actually had to come back to get them redone. However, they were very accommodating and was able to get it done with no complaints. Great customer service. Julie is doing my toes as I type this review. She is super sweet. I will request her next time also. I’m very particular and like things done a certain way. I will be back. I even got my employer to switch nail places. This one is a winner.

I always go to Nancy or Tony cause they do a really job and don’t over charge (their base price.listed on the site or pamphlet covers the BARE minimum. Any length or gel polish etc. will cost more.) However when I’m getting any design I go to Nancy! She really pays attention to detail and always matches my nails to the reference photo i show her! And she’s super sweet! Thanks so much

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI think I have found my nail tech here and her name is Ms. Lin. I have been to the Bellagio a few times and everytime I have been underwhelmed by the service but today my experience was redeemed. Ms. Lin was nice, fast, and professional. She made sure her work was to her approval before I left her station and she did my eyebrows, which are always a touchy subject for me. Critical: QualityThe nail salon over all is beautiful on the inside but is definitely overpriced. My mom went and told me how much she liked it so I decided to go myself. I went the first time and had issues with my finished product and also noticed how expensive they were so I didn’t go back for a while. Recently I went back as a last resort option and again, had issues. Within the first couple days of getting my nails done, my polish on 1 nail was coming up and now after some time, the polish on another nail is coming up. Regardless of how old the set is (and it has only been about 2 weeks) my gel polish should not be coming up off of my nail after I was charged so much. The nail salon over all is beautiful on the inside but is definitely overpriced. My mom went and told me how much she liked it so I decided to go myself. I went the first time and had issues with my finished product and also noticed how expensive they were so I didn’t go back for a while. Recently I went back as a last resort option and again, had issues. I tried this place because my regular is under construction and it was terrible. For a pedicure, removal of Dip, and regular manicure I was done in less than 45 minutes, the whole thing was rushed. My nails would have been done better at home and then they charged me 10$ on top of everything to take off the dip, which just consisted of soaking my nails during the pedicure. Have not been charged for removing dip if I’m getting a new manicure anyplace else.

We were also charged astronomically high prices for designs that were upcharged by the color. Now 6 days later my stone has come off.
