My expectations are always met and she gives honest opinions when asked of her. She does a beautiful job in highlighting & cutting my hair. Although the color is a bit pricey and she prefers to take payments other than a bank card (fees) it is worth it if you want to leave with 100% satisfaction.I have been going to Scruples for a couple of years. I have been going to Scruples for a couple of years. The owner Jen is great. She is very personable! My expectations are always met and she gives honest opinions when asked of her. She does a beautiful job in highlighting & cutting my hair. Although the color is a bit pricey and she prefers to take payments other than a bank card (fees) it is worth it if you want to leave with 100% satisfaction.

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. The staff was extremely rude to my 80 year old grandmother who has a medical condition, and was told that she is no longer welcome there because of it. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Shame on them.
