I been coming here for over a year now and once I came for the first few times everyone was so lovely especially jenni and lili great awesome job but the past few times I been going wow horrible service I just felt bad vibes especially with old man that does nails I don’t know his name and Susan wow horrible service I had from them I felt like they were making fun of me yet I come back few times and yet I get Susan again and I just didn’t feel comfortable I would tell to do this and that but she would look like she was just like mad I would ask her to file more and she would turn the nob from the nail filer higher and file it and would hurt me and would laugh??? I told her that It wasn’t funny at all like I just wanted to leave this place I felt so uncomfortable yet she had asked me “no tip”??? Like you just don’t ever ask for a tip to a person ever

I was given a gift certificate some time ago and finally used it. Never been to this nail salon. I was greeted and they took me right away. Although I had called to make an appt at 3 pm, it seemed from the gal that I hadn’t since she never checked her book so I’m glad they had availability. Maybe later they checked but one never knows. The gal who gave me my pedicure, Susan, did an good job. Her massage needed some help, and I did need to tell her to trim down my toe nails even after her first attempt. Still a bit to long. Overall a good pedicure. Now the gal who gave me my manicure at the same time as my pedicure, Mimi (may be manager or owner) was just okay. I wanted to come in and relax; however all she did was talk and talk loudly to all the other manicurists while giving me my manicure. To say it wasn’t relaxing is an understatement. She squirt on the cuticle remover and ever so slightly scrubbed and pushed them down. I had to question her and then she put a little more “umph” on that particular hand. The next hand it was the same but I didn’t question her. All the products she used on my hands and arms for scrubbing and massaging smelled nice and aromatic. She did a good job on the nails. Also she was somewhat comical as she would tell me to “relax while massaging my arms and hands or relax while my nails dried”. Thought that was cute. The salon was quite busy being the day before Thanksgiving. Lots of different tv screens showing a variety of shows. The cleanliness was okay, but then again it seems all nail salons have their dust bunnies and other hidden dirty areas especially with nails being filed, cut down etcetera. All the manicurists wore masks and some customers did and many did not. All and all, I was happy with the service except with all the taking Mimi did while I tried to relax.
