Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve frequented this business and am usually satisfied, but drew the short straw yesterday. It was after 6pm., there were 2 stylists working and I was the only person waiting. Both were serving other customers, and finished at the same time. One vanished and the other, an obese woman, took her time before serving me. I like that notes are kept on customers as it provides continuity between stylists, but she didn’t check and, after asking a few questions, proceeded to cut my hair. The TV was set to women’s basketball, and I asked if she could change it to baseball. She agreed reluctantly, took her time changing it, then came back and gave me one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had. I’ve frequented this business and am usually satisfied, but drew the short straw yesterday. It was after 6pm., there were 2 stylists working and I was the only person waiting. Both were serving other customers, and finished at the same time. One vanished and the other, an obese woman, took her time before serving me. Critical: QualityNew stylist did not know how to cut hair. I will not be going back to this location. I received the worst haircut ever. If my hair is being cut by someone new my hair should be checked out by a manager before I leave. I’m so disappointed and do not like my haircut.
