Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI will never waste my money+time here again. I was told it would be a 20 min wait and I ended up waiting 55 minutes. My manicure was over within 10-15 min. I was asked to pay while still sitting in my seat before any nail polish was applied. No one else had to pay before their service. And ask you can see… the nail polish was applied so quickly that it turned into a messy rubbery consistency full of bubbles. I just wanted to relax. This was a waste of my time and money. I will never waste my money+time here again. I was told it would be a 20 min wait and I ended up waiting 55 minutes. My manicure was over within 10-15 min. I was asked to pay while still sitting in my seat before any nail polish was applied. No one else had to pay before their service. And ask you can see… the nail polish was applied so quickly that it turned into a messy rubbery consistency full of bubbles. I just wanted to relax. This was a waste of my time and money. I will never come back.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueHands down the worst manicure I’ve ever had! My daughter and I waited for over 40 minutes to start which I understand happens. However, people that came in after us without appointments were seen before we were. Then when we were finally seen the nail tech used the same dirty towel that had been used by the person before me. She was in such a rush that she absolutely destroyed my nails in an attempt to quickly remove my dip polish. As you can see in the photo I now have severe dents in my nails where she filed off pieces of my nail. The painting itself took maybe 5 minutes and that’s being generous. Spots were missed and she didn’t even remove the polish she got on my skin. The tech that did my daughters nails did a good job but Tiffany was awful! It took her 15 minutes less time to soak off my dip and paint my nails than it did the other tech to paint my daughter’s bare nails. I went here because it was close by but never again. I’m going to make the trek over to another salon in town where they have never done a bad job. Hands down the worst manicure I’ve ever had! My daughter and I waited for over 40 minutes to start which I understand happens. However, people that came in after us without appointments were seen before we were. Then when we were finally seen the nail tech used the same dirty towel that had been used by the person before me. My nails always look amazing, and I love their selection of dip powder. I had a bad experience with another salon, and Lena was willing to fix my nails and so sweet the entire time. Very professional business and beautiful inside. I will definitely keep giving them my business! If you want consistency and cleanliness this is the place!
