First and last visit to Milan nails. My pedicure was quick and she scrubbed my feet so hard it was painful on top of my nails being cut too short and it’s chipping. My gel manicure was done quick and she kept slapping my hand when I didn’t hold it how she wanted. I have a cut on my cuticle and it’s red.. hopefully I don’t get an infection. I highly recommend going elsewhere.. They weren’t friendly to add insult to injury… the photos are taken less than 24 hours after..

DO NOT GO HERE. i got gel tips put on and 5 broke in 1.5 weeks. this place charged me $10 for coffin shape and $5 for design. the pedicure did not remove the ingrown toe nail. one of my gel toes completely fell off less than a week later. the eye brow waxing did not remove any hair or shape my brows at all. there were many stray hairs that should’ve been removed that were not. i made an appt for 11:00 and they put it on the wrong day so i waited 45 minutes to be taken. this place is bad in all ways i would not recommend to anyone.

I have given Milan Nails and Spa many chances over the years in an attempt to support my local businesses, but I will NEVER, EVER return after yesterday’s experience. I had the worst excuse for a pedicure and was totally ripped off for the service that I received. The nail tech was incompetent, yanking on my feet and toes roughly, forgetting to use cuticle cream on both feet, and to brush both feet. She couldn’t handle either the nail clip properly or the file, and had quite a bit of difficulty trying to file my toenails and ended up filing more of the skin with a single swipe here and there. I’ve never experienced anything like it. When she couldn’t manage the foot file and the pumice stone I almost asked to get up and walk out, I was that irritated. There was no massage at all and she slopped moisturizer on my legs in such a great quantity that she had to mop it off with a towel. It was like she was pretending to do a pedicure and either just didn’t care, or didn’t know how. The nail polish fiasco was ridiculous, with the polish all over my cuticles. She tried to fix it with acetone and a tool, but spilled the acetone and didn’t finish what she was doing. The top coat is slopped on 1/2″ down onto the skin of my toes. An 8 year old could have done it better. I was too polite to refuse to pay for this horrible rip-off of a service, but I have sent a letter to the salon, and will tell everyone I know that Milan is a total sham as far as a nail salon. Don’t waste your money. I will NEVER go back.

I really love this place. They are friendly and clean. So many colors to choose from, along with regular or gel. Basic to spa. My youngin likes that they do decorative paint on her nails. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the wait. There is always a wait, even with an appointment. Probably because they take walk-ins too. Other than that, great establishment.

Awful..my Granddaughter visiting from Arizona got a full set with gel.. Every nail is a different width,thickness and length. This was brought to the managers attention, he said next time she comes he would fix them. Honestly should have been straightened out right then n there. VERY DISAPPOINTING n would not recommend this Salon. It was very nice, warm,and caring salon once upon a time.

I made an appointment for Thursday. The male person answering the phone asked me if I was the handicapped lady in a wheelchair. I said yes and he said he could not give me an appointment for Thursday. He said I could come in on Friday. My husband comes in with me to help me anyway. My husband called to see if he could make an appointment for Thursday same time and they told him they would be able to see him then. My husband then told the person why couldn’t they see my wife on Thursday. The person hung up on my husband. I’ve been going to Milan Nails for a couple of years now. Their customer service is horrible. Milan Nails does not seem to comply to ADA rules.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI visited Milan twice recently and was not impressed the two times I was there. My first visit I got a pedicure and the water was boiling hot and made feet red, the appointment was scheduled for 3:30 and it started at 4:15. The second time I got acrylics and once again my appointment which was scheduled for 1 began at 1:40. The lady (Helen) who did my nails drilled and drilled and left my cuticles dry! My friend who also went to the appointment with me was supposed to get her nails done at the same time but there was only one nail tech so we had to wait I purposely chose to book my appointment a different day so we could go together. During my appointment Helen walked away several times. I went to this salon for the first time today for a pedicure. Kim, the technician who provided this service was EXCELLENT! I had a warm cloth put on and warm stones rubbed on my legs and feet. Felt so good! So far this was the best pedicure I have EVER had. I liked the way she did my french on my toes that I decided to stay and have a gel fill with french manicure from Tammy. She took her time and did my nails beautifully. So much better than the salon I was going to for over a decade near my home and the places I’ve tried these past few months by the Hamilton Market Place. Will definitely return and recommend based on my experience. Prices were comparable for a much better service!
