They dont honor appointments. I came first thing when they opened with a 9 am appointment & 2 walk ins were allowed to go before me. And one of their friends came in & got serviced before me. I left & wont be back, they used to be good. Brazilian hair straightening

They cut my girlfriends hair like a little boy then pretended not to understand me when I asked for our money bak or for it to be fixed an the young lady’s hands smelled like cigarettes very poor quality salon would not suggest you get your hair done here. Hairstyling

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. For one, they are really rude especially the lady that washes your hair. She taps on you on the shoulder to tell you what to do as if your a dog and can’t speak English. She washed my hair extremely hard. Secondly, the prices increase every time I go back they always ask “ what did you pay last time” like what don’t you have a price list ??? Just trying to get over on people. And the blow dryer feels like hell!!! WAY TOOOOOO HOTTT!!!! The blow dryer feels even hotter than the actual flat iron.

I have been going here for quite some time now. I’ve become unsatisfied with the services because they always ask how much did I charge you last time. They are extremely overpriced and I have argued pricing on many occasions. They need to teach the shampoo girl not to comb people hair out with a small comb which causes breakage. Also always combs from tips then roots !

Hair turned out fabulous! They took me at last minute so I was grateful with me now knowing you have to make an appointment. Everyone in there were professional and friendly. One thing that’s different between Here and Philly is that not one person mention their name, so no business card to have the same person do your hair. It’s a quiet and very slow place. I’m use to fast pace/setting. Basically they move at their own pace. Nearly fell asleep. They keep you under drier for hours on in and set on high where your ears nearly about to burn off. Then add more heat passing through your hair multiple times. I’m not use to that, will eventually damage your hair with excessive heat on top of heat. They don’t really interact with their clients and speak in their native language. A lil language barrier and difficult for me to have a conversation with your stylist. Not use to a lot as mention above but very professional! I will go again.
