I can’t actually comment on lash extensions because I never actually received them. My appointment was made and confirmed a week in advance. After I paid money for someone to watch my children, I arrived at lash lounge only to be informed that my appointment was canceled only 1 hour ago due to my stylist allegedly being sick. The receptionist claimed to have left a message but she actually never did. I was very upset that I currently am paying for a babysitter for no reason. I was offered to reschedule but I 1, did not want to pay a babysitter again and 2 have a trip which was why I was doing them in the first place. I just find it ironic that they would have charged me if I cancelled that close to the appointment, but it was okay for them to do it me.
