I am from New York and in Michigan for a funeral. This salon was near where I am staying. They did not have SNS for my nails. The technician did not work on my feet and clean them well. I had to ask him to go over my toe cuticles more than once. He was timid when scrubbing my heels and only for a minute! I did not feel it was worth the money. My nail technician was very good.

I went last week and got a pedicure and pink and white full set dip.Spent $150 on everything including tip. Once I arrived home I realised my toes were far from on point… nails looked amazing but unfortunately acrylic was all over my fingers took about 3 days to get it off…. and one nail came off completely in less than a week… going today to get them soaked off and redone. Will NOT return here.

The receptionist girl was not very friendly. The lady who did my acrylic overlay was nice but the nails are not. The acrylic is uneven and not even shaped well. Then she had the receptionist girl paint my nails and she didn’t do a very good job. The color is uneven and not on the edges. She also left polish on my skin. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It was all very rushed. If they took even a little bit more time, they might get it right.

My friend went to this salon and they completely messed up her nails. The person did not clip them to the length she asked her to and CUT her. They ripped off a piece of skin and it is still bleeding as of right now and she got them done at about 6pm. This is ridiculous. AND STILL MADE HER PAY FULL PRICE. $45.00 for them to make her nails look like they came from the dollar store and bleeding for 3 hours. I am extremely disgusted that they let her walk out thinking they did a job well done.

Will never return to this place. If I could give them no stars I would. I tried this place out on Tuesday while visiting my sister. The guy that took me seemed as thou he didn’t know what he was doing. I went in for a pedi and mani, I sat getting the pedi for 1 1/2 hours, the guy kept doing my toe nails wrong, he used regular polish instead of gel, he got nail polish on my foot, the polish was all bad and I asked him to do it again and he still did it wrong. I was so frustrated I asked them to stop so I could go. They had the nerve to still charge me. I will never go back!

The male owner of the store rushed my visit and did a poor job on my full set. I am having my nails to slowly start popping off already and it’s only been three days. I asked him a question about one of the nails he messed up while he was working on my other hand and ever since that question he gave me an attitude and the quality of his service went down drastically. You can see an excessive amount of bubbles in the acrylic too which is distracting from the actual beauty of a full set.

Another woman walked in and waved at him and he told her he had someone before her and she seemed upset so he just took her before me. Absolutely love this place! Have been coming here every few weeks since February 2018 and the nail techs are always so fun to chat with and they do a fantastic Job every time! I always recommend them to anyone who asks about my nails!
