I went here as a whim; they have been in the Cardiff neighborhood for years, but since the building is a bit non-descriptive, it’s easy to pass by and not take notice of. Not anymore! They are happily now on my radar, so I wanted to give a proper shout-out to encourage others to give them a try. Once you do, I’m confident they will become a must-have in your self-care routine. They are lovely, pricing is very reasonable, and their place is immaculate and very calming and inviting once you enter the door. Thank you Pure Life, I feel so restored and shiny!

Received a gift certificate for here at a school district event (Good on them for supporting local schools!), and was very happy to find that the service and massage was fantastic. Highly recommend the Thai massage, very relaxing, soothing, and refreshing. Helped with muscle soreness as well. Masseuse was very attendant as well: asked if there were any specific areas to focus on or avoid, made sure I understood things, etc.

Great prices with discounts for paying cash. Usually openings are available on short notice. If everything is booked they will call you back if an opening occurs. Everyone there is very nice. The therapist are very good. I love having my back walked on. Though it is small this place is always very clean as well. They sell Butterfly Pea Flower Tea which is hard to find elsewhere
