Correction. Her name is Sinthia not Sylvia. Do not ever have Sinthia cut your hair or your child’s. She does not listen to requests. My son has gotten his haircut on multiple occasions by many stylists at this location. I have never had an issue prior to today. I had always received friendly interactions and service. My son’s hair WAS long on top that took many months to grow out. They were past his eyes. I told her to keep the length as is and just a trim with scissors above the ears. That’s it. Also since he had been there multiple times, his printed ticket should have reflected that as well. Sounded simple right? WRONG! When she got my attention to come look at her work. My son’s hair was short! All the length had been cutoff! His bangs are now cut to the middle of his forehead. When I confronted her telling that was not at all what I asked for. I received an insensitive, cold, could care less, half hearted “oh sorry” as if it wasn’t a big deal to her. Meanwhile my son is visibly upset at this point as his hair is all gone that he took months to grow out. Avoid Sinthia. She is a terrible stylist. She lacks character, integrity and customer service.

My barber hasn’t been available for me to see for a while so I decided to try this place out. I get a little bit of a technical haircut. A bald fade with a combover and a hard part with a beard trim. Duranda took wonderful care of me as I was in bad shape due to not being seen by my old barber in a while. She earned my business going forward.
