Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy mom went to get her nails filled and they did a very poor job. First they didn’t take the color off she had on before and painted over it with regular nail polish and told her it was shellac. She told the man she didn’t like them and he proceeded to tell her he will add glitter and nail art to make it look better. As you can see they are very bulky looking and look very much rushed. My mom went to get her nails filled and they did a very poor job. First they didn’t take the color off she had on before and painted over it with regular nail polish and told her it was shellac. Went in today for a full new set and I understand soaking off acrylics takes time but it’s better than having them ripped off and having this happen. Will not be returning after this.

Positive: Quality, ValueI came in around at 12 am today (a Sunday), I was greeted, signed in , waited for 15-20 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted and that’s what I got. I was helped by ms.ivy . She did an amazing job on my square nails. Reasonable price was $80 and everyone was friendly.

It was nice. I don’t really do my nails ever, so I don’t know if I’m the most qualified to say how excellent a job they did, however it was pretty painless, they did cut my cuticle, but it’s ok it happens. They didn’t really try to talk to me, which I appreciated my nails turned out ok I think, and my girlfriends nails turned out pretty nice she got a dip power and I got a manicure. I was a bit confused when it came to paying, but since I’m not sure how it works I was fine with it, they had a 10 dollar service charge on top the final price. Pictures attached (btw spring rolls from shifu noodles ten minutes away)

they do very good work very quickly! their prices are very fair as well. I would recommend going on a weekday as they are very busy on weekends, and soaking your nails off before coming for a new set. To save time they remove nails in an unorthodox manner that may be painful to some people, just something to note. I would highly recommend, they’ve never disappointed me.

Went in for a pedicure. Took my mom to get a manicure for the first time. We Waited for over an hour. Several ladies came after us, sat right next to us and they got attended before we did. I’ve waited for a long time here before, but would at least get acknowledged. Will not be coming back.

The first lady to the right with glasses was going to do my nails yesterday and when I sat down she looked frustrated and when she began to use the drill she hurt my finger and she got upset because I moved my hand. I asked for white tip with medium length and she said that doesn’t look good!! I said that’s how I get them so I want them that way. When she began to put the nails on me I noticed they were too wide soo I told her please make them narrow and not thick and she stood up and raised her voice saying IM TIRED, just TIRED, I’m just Tired!!!! I said well you don’t have to do my nails then if your too tired. The manager owner Jennifer did NOTHING!!! This place has definitely gotten really bad with customer service and prices. The price is never the same!!! I will never return. I will go to Lee’s Nails by Best Buy.

They looked good at first, but not even a week later they are starting to come off, they were also basically attached to my cuticles and aren’t shaped good on the bottom. I’ve been there once before with my daughter and it was good. I went back and first the lady was rude she said I couldn’t get a color I wanted because I had short nails. What does that have to do with anything. Then keep insisting I get orange color I told her twice no. She got upset. Got my nails done not even 4hrs later paint is chipping off.
