After reading about them online, I was intrigued by the idea of a reasonably priced haircut that included a steam towel, massaging shampoo, and even a shoulder/neck massage at the end. I don’t have any complaints about the haircut I received, but that’s the only service I got. I wasn’t asked about or offered the other services. I was asked if I needed anything else, but that’s not how packages generally work and I thought she was referring to my haircut. This was disappointing especially when I ended up paying $27 for what was listed as the MVP haircut, which to my understanding includes everything listed above. This is my first time at Sport Clips, so maybe this is user error on my end in some way. With that said, first impressions really set the tone for an experience with a business and I don’t plan on using them again. I did walk in and get my haircut started within about a minute of getting there and you can see expected wait times online which is nice. So if you want to be able to check on wait times and get a fast experience, this is an option. Just maybe don’t expect the MVP experience you’re paying for.

Worst haircut experience ever! Whoever I called completely lied to me. They said that I could get my complimentary neck trim after the thirty days, however, that was not honored. Never go here. The customer service sucks, and the people who operate the establishment are horrendous. They don’t really care about their customers, and their responses are flippant and aggravating. Save your money!
