I was very disappointed in my visit here. They seemed irritated to have to help us and completely disregard what I asked of her. She nicked my kids’ ears and neck multiple times,(despite my 5 year old telling her she was) missed multiple spots, took it way to short, and left it uneven in spots. I’ve been going here for years, the stylists are always kind, but unfortunately I’ve had one too many bad/mediocre haircuts and I think I’ll be looking elsewhere.
