I went for a manicure on last Saturday and my experience wasn’t so great. We had booked an appointment and were on time, still waited for additional 20 mins. Apart for that the lady who did my nails was just not ready to let me decide on what I wanted to do with my nails. She injured my cuticles and drilled a hole in them and even after telling her that it’s hurting me she wouldn’t stop using the machine to remove dead skin off my nail and cuticles. I reported this to the lady who was handling this salon and there was no action on this. This is not how I want to spend $80 on my nails and waste an hour. I had a horrible experience and would never prefer going to this place again.

Bad experience the person doing manicure used electric filler almost file through the nail and it is very painful. The last two fingers nails on the hand hurt. The products for pedicure are cheap and feet still feel dry. I personally think over price for the quality of products. I paid 60 dollars for pedi and mani. Look at the nails all uneven. I don’t I will be going back not worth price and experience is not the best.

I was pretty confident about the shop first cuz I saw the covering photos of the nail design which is really aesthetic and detailed(maybe is the staff from this salon, idk but definitely not who did my nails). Before beginning working on my nail, everything is fine, like the interior of the shop is clean. So someone did my toenails, is spa pedicure service, she did very quickly, like 10min for everything including polish. It’s enough for the price I think(28$).

Was my go to place for when I lived in LA, and everytime I visit its still on my list of stops. I’ve gotten my acrylic nails done there multiple times and they always last me weeks and even months… they are very durable and they do very good work for a pretty decent price. Definitely recommend

I used to love going to this place bc it’s clean and the technicians are really good. I got a girl who left me with a sore toe today. She’s new and just learning (at least that’s what it seemed like), but when I was in pain (numerous times) someone could have come over and given me a discount or apologized or something. But no one even checked on me or asked if I was okay. She cut into my cuticles too deep, piled on the acrylic on the toe too long and when filing down my nail with the electric file, my nail and skin were burned. I ended up paying $55 for a gel manicure + one acrylic toe, and a sore toe. I’m going to look for another place.

My fave! Been coming here for years now. Brandon is my friend and the bestest!! I’ve actually been debating name dropping, mostly because I don’t want everyone to take him from me, but honestly everyone is awesome. The nail art and product options are top notch/never ending. Location is can be borderline iffy for some, but it’s safe and super clean. Don’t know much about other services but their mani/pedi game – totally worth it! Be kind to my friends please & enjoy!
