Critical: ProfessionalismThis was by far, the worst experience I’ve had with a stylist in 20 years. Cindi hardly spoke, was rude when she did, but more importantly showed zero interest in actually cutting what I wanted, and then cut what she wanted-layers from the 1990’s. When I tried explaining to her what I was looking for, she replied, “so you want layers”, tried explaining again, this time–no response just stared at me. I had long hair and asked for 2-3 in to be cut for health, and she said, “huh good cuz if you were gonna tell me you wanted a 1/4in I was going to tell you–you might as well leave now.” And then Cindi cut probably 6 inches on length.
