Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent there for my birthday to try it out for the first time. The lady who did my nails was more worried about her coworkers and wanting to quit. She messed up on my nails multiple times and even made me bleed with the drill twice. My nails were super thick and uneven. Had her attempt to fix them and and she made them a little better but still not good. I’m 9 months pregnant and at this point was just ready to leave bc I had already been there for so long. It’s only been 2 days and the gel topcoat she put on them is already bubbling. I will say the salon is very clean though. I went with my sister and mother and the people who did their nails did a great job. Went there for my birthday to try it out for the first time. The lady who did my nails was more worried about her coworkers and wanting to quit. She messed up on my nails multiple times and even made me bleed with the drill twice. My nails were super thick and uneven. The tech was very sweet but my nails are terrible. Went it with my daughter and granddaughter. First their manicure is nothing less than removing your cuticles. Gel polish didn’t even cover the entire nail. Never going back. Gel manicures

My mother and friend has been a couple times, they own this store and cn nails across the street. Horrible service both times. Today things were great until they asked to fix something where he proceeded to tell my mom to go across the street and that it would take to long. My Mom and her friend thought he was kidding but he wasn’t at all. He didn’t finish my Mom’s friends nails. He told her to go across the street to get the design she wanted because he doesn’t do designs. We will not be going back…

I went in with my sister and we both had previous dip on. all 3 techs were busy but he sat us down and wrapped our nails up. He said it would be about 10 minutes. we then waited almost 30 minutes with our nails wrapped while 3 women came in wanting gel manicures. Ignoring my sister and i he started on the 3 women. luckily a couple minutes later another woman came up and got me. It went downhill from here. They serviced 3 other people while my sister had her hands wrapped up for and hour and a half. i kept looking around wondering if they were actually gonna let her sit there and be ignored. After the 3 women were done , and myself at this point the man and the women said their goodbyes nicely to the 3 women shut their stations down and began to clean up. The woman who did my nails didn’t even care to check me out so i could pay. The man began looking at my sister and laughing implying he wasn’t going to do her nails. All while my sister still has not been seen. At this point we had been there 2 hours. A woman finally sat my sister down, she didn’t have time to stay and get her nails done at this point so they took off her foil wrapping without any nail care following and charged her $10 !! needless to say i won’t be coming back here and i don’t advise anyone else to either. They don’t have enough workers and promise time and services they can’t provide

I called to book an appointment for a pedicure earlier in the week and was told my appointment was booked for 9:30 Sunday morning. When I arrived at 9:30 Sunday I noticed a sign on the door that said they opened at 10. While I was confused they booked me for a time they weren’t open, I chose to sit in my car to wait until they opened at 10. At 9:30 a man comes to the door and aggressively points to the hours sign, repeatedly. I got out of my car to explain why I was there so early, but the man would not open the door to listen to me. I had to type a note in my phone and show it to him through the window stating that was happy to wait until 10 when they opened if I could get in for service right at 10 as I had to be somewhere else at 11. The man then went to get the appointment book, opened the door, and aggressively pointed at the Sunday bookings which showed no appointments for Sunday. I again explained I was happy to wait until 10 when they opened if they had time to get me in right at 10, but the man told me to get back in my car and come back at 10. I asked him if I could sit in my car in the parking lot for the 20 remaining minutes until 10 and the man yelled again for me to get back in my car and come back at 10. I told the man he was clearly frustrated with me and that I would take my business somewhere else today and he proceeded to shut the door without any further words. I will not be returning to this nail salon, nor will I recommend in to anyone. Misunderstandings happen, booking errors happen, but what is inexcusable is the blatantly rude behavior I encountered today.
