I set appointments for me and my daughter. I THEN read reviews and was very hesitant on continuing with our appointments. I’m glad we kept them. Excellent job and professional services. We’ll definitely be back! Keep up the great work!!

I came into the shop and spoke with Fifi. She told me i can come back in a hour to begin my hairstyle and when i was on my way driving i called her to let her know im on my way and she told me to ce another day because she have a client already. Her communication skills are horrible she sent me off without making anytime of arrangements and i had an important day to attend to . I will never support this business again

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityEvery time I come there it’s an issue. They will make an appointment for me to come in by a certain time but every single time they just take walk-in’s first. They suppose to open at 9 but have you sitting waiting for 30minutes to an hour. If you pull off and come back and they store is open by then appointment or not they take whoever comes first . I do not like the way they do business if you say you have no one but soon you walk in you ask who was there first that’s not how you do it you take your appointment first. I PERSONALLY WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! They did this far too many times to me then they call and say discount but don’t give you one . I’ve tried this place too many times and they failed. Do hair good but the way they operate will not work for me . Also they eat smack and yell all in your ear while getting your hair done . While one stylist was encouraging, by asking us to call and recall the stylist, we sat for over an hour waiting. The shop has posted they open at 9am, but we sat waiting until almost 10:30a. There was also a couple of disagreements between stylists and customers, that exploded with curse words, name calling and almost hands being thrown. It was very unprofessional and something we have not experienced in a beauty salon.

Got some flex locks done after a few days had to go back because they were coming down. A week later more came down terrible job,if you want flex locks do not go to FiFi. I paid $300 and she refused to give me any of my money back not good business!

Did anyone notice the white people reviews? Since when do they get their hair braided especially middle age white women. Perhaps if you did quality work, it would speak for itself and you wouldn’t have to buy reviews.

I get my hair braided by FiFi and l love my hair everytime she do it. I go back all the time. She is always nice. And when she braid my hair it never hurts. I always get complements about my hair. I got the faux locs and loved it. They told me how to take care of them. I will go back again.

I will never go back to this place my appointment was for 7:00am this morning she didn’t show up I called her and she tells me that she forgotten and she will be there at 8:00 am really I pulled off and had to drive around to find someone to do my hair. Bad business
