I’ve been getting my nails professionally done for over a decade and this was the ABSOLUTE WORST mani/pedi of my life! No attention to detail. They got polish on my skin. Barely cut any cuticle. They do everything in a rush. Terrible customer service. AND they’re overpriced. Look closely at the pics. I hate doing negative reviews but this place is just awful.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityAbsolutely no COVID-19 preventative measures besides masks. No skipped seats. No 6-feet between clients. The pedicure was great until she asked me 4 TIMES if the socks behind the massage chair were mine. After telling her NO each time, she stopped during my salt scrub, picked up the nasty socks, showed them to me, asked AGAIN, then proceeded my pedicure after picking up those NASTY socks. She did NOT change gloves nor wash hands. Something so relaxing turned cringey!!! Full set from Ryan was great until he literally filed off all of the acrylic! The nails were so thin, they felt like they were cracking & breaking as he filed. Literally feels like just a nail tip and nail hardener. He halfway put the acrylic on, barely on the edge of nail. (See photos) I didn’t even want him to polish. I was ready to leave!!! From the thin nails to the “dirty sock from a stranger” pedicure. I will never come back. The pedicure was great until she asked me 4 TIMES if the socks behind the massage chair were mine. I’ve been going to Natural Nails for almost 4 years and receive the best service and welcoming environment every time I go. Tried to go somewhere else and was definitely disappointed and returned to the best crew ever!!! This image is about two weeks old but I’ve received so many compliments on this set. Went to get a pedicure. I’ve gotten good ones there before but today was TERRIBLE! The young man clearly didn’t know what he was doing. 1st he cut my nails way too low…he couldn’t even file the to shape them. 2nd, he cut my big toenail and tried to blame it on me. Said I must have hit it on something…it was not broken before I got there. Then he tried to glue it back together and got glue all over my feet. Did not get it all off and told me it will come off when I shower. This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received!!! Now, I have to go spend more money tomorrow to let someone else fix it. And they were not customer friendly about it. No apology or anything. Won’t be going back.
