Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAbsolutely Terrible Place! I came in as a walk in because they had cancellations during the day. I had sent my designs before I drove 40 minutes to the parlor. When I arrived they had drawn out the tattoo incorrectly. I gave them the exact template I wanted for this tattoo. It is a quote above my knee, I gave them the correct font and sizing I was looking for. Instead of the woman running it through the thermal copying machine, she traced it onto tracing paper and tattooed it like that. I let the tattoo fully heal before becoming too judgmental just in case it turned out better after it was healed. I am covered in tattoos, I know sometimes they look a little strange when they’re healing. The words are different sizes, not straight AT ALL, and the lines are extremely poor. This isn’t even the worst part! I call to get a touch up set up because I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and they told me no. I then said I would have to go to a different artist to get it fixed if they wouldn’t and I was hung up on. I disputed the transaction through my bank, but since I signed the receipt, I lost the dispute. I contacted them again telling them I need refund to get it fixed and I was left on read on Facebook. The three other artists I talked to after this happened told me that fixing it would be incredibly difficult because of how messy she made each letter. The customer service was awful, a thirty minute tattoo will cost you $270 plus whatever you decide to tip, and the quality of their tattoos is less than ideal.
