Update on this post. Boy it sure is hard to find good help these days. (Gen Z get you stuff together; you are ruining businesses with you bad attitudes and poor service skills. No wonder you can hack it at life and are having mental health crisis.) With all that said thank you Azure for not only apologizing but making up for the poor service I have received on my prior attempts to literally just schedule my spa package! I am so excited to finally get my spa day here. I have been wait for a while now and o finally get my spa day! I will update with additional pictures and rate my spa experience once I complete it.

Amazing job by the stylist, but just sat with a friend who had her hair cut colored and styled. It was a long job, but prior to booking she asked how much the price would be and the scheduler told her it would be $190. After an amazing experience, we were floored to hear the actual price was $375. The difference in cost was nearly twice what was quoted. The stylist advised they all were independent and that a price should not have been quoted, but felt very much like a bait and switch. Embarrassment and disappointment as we left due to the final cost.

I spoke with Sherry yesterday because I kept getting bundles and not being able to use the entire thing before they expired (Not a big deal I have a chaotic work schedule). Sherry went to check if I had anymore and came back and announced from accross the lobby not only did I not have anymore but that I owed them $25 from an eyebrow waxing. She acted as if i intentionally skipped out on a bill and that it was her job to shame me into paying it. I always pay before leaving and if something had went wrong with the payment they have my phone number. Either way the way to handle this situation is not to be rude and degrating.

I came in 5 mins early for a blowout. They told me I had to wait another hour because the workers were VERY SLOW. I came in and it seemed like they didn’t even want to cut my hair, they didn’t communicate either. It felt very lazy,super slow, AND sloppy. NEVER coming here or recommending people to come here. Also the service was terrible and overpriced. Just terrible

I made my appointment for haircut and then I reach there on time after ten minutes they told me to come after two hours because they are behind with someone or make an appointment for another day. This is not right because “we schedule an appointment and cancel other things so we can be there on time and you guys say no we can’t do that” Very disappointed ☹️

I had a facial with Connie and it was absolutely amazing! I felt calmed, refreshed, and clear-minded afterwards. Definitely recommend going to Connie for a facial or anything else of that sort! I would also recommend Heather for anything hair! Heather was able to cut my hair exactly like my previous style, as well as adding long layers to lighten the weight of my hair, which I really liked!

I have to praise ERIN for salvaging my hair this past week!! I went to Melissa Valero at Contere Salon and she completely botched my balayage! Thankfully I was able to get in with ERIN a couple of days later and she did an AMAZING job working with what she had! I walked in and was immediately serviced with a glass of red wine (I had a glass of champagne later as well ) ERIN was very patient and took her time thoroughly considering how she could best help me and left me feeling beautiful again. She is definitely my person from here out!! Thank you ERIN!! See you in a few weeks!!
