April at the Loft was one of the nicest people I’ve worked with. As a guy, it can be a bit awkward booking a manicure and pedicure, but April made me feel at ease. No one answered the phone when I called; I assume they were busy, but she promptly called me back the same day and we set an appointment. I highly recommend her and the Loft to anyone. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIf you are looking for a salon that has 5 star ratings and calls you back promptly!!!! This is NOT the one. My family and I visit Jackson each year. I have a great friend that lives near the salon and highly recommend it. I call to schedule a haircut with a specific stylist in mind. I reach there voicemail and it specifically ask you to leave a message or text, I text and 24 hours passes by and NOTHING! So then, I call back to try to schedule ( giving them the benefit of doubt) I then have to leave a another voicemail. It now has been 3 days and NOTHING!!! Not only do they not answer but, they don’t return clients/future clients calls! If this is the norm, I can’t imagine them having much, if any, business!! I HOPE THEY CUT HAIR BETTER THAN THEY RETURN CALLS!!!!If you are looking for a salon that has 5 star ratings and calls you back promptly!!!! This is NOT the one. If you are looking for a salon that has 5 star ratings and calls you back promptly!!!! This is NOT the one. My family and I visit Jackson each year. I have a great friend that lives near the salon and highly recommend it. I call to schedule a haircut with a specific stylist in mind.
