Iris nails requires you to have an appt which I really like so you’re not getting squeezed in and they don’t rush. Very clean. Reasonable prices. They’re basic pedicure is above and beyond other places.

Horrible! Worst pedicure I have ever had!! She was clearly rushing to get to a regular client who rolled in 5 minutes after I sat down. My $40 ‘callus pedicure’ lasted less than 20 minutes. Very rushed and hectic with poor overall cleanliness. I expect the polish will chip immediately. Very disappointing as I used to bring my young daughter here years ago and it was great! This place has definitely declined and I will not return as a Saratoga local. There are too many options in town.

But when it came to my ANC mani, he got visibly upset with me because I didn’t relax my fingers to his satisfaction. Very rude. Unable to understand English. Poor nail job! My wife and I went for pedicures on Wed. Our first time at this place, It was toward the end of the day. Seemed like they were in a hurry to get us out of there and close up. The pedicure I received was ok – but they use nail files that are not new. And I could tell if other equipment is sterilized correctly. They did give me some pointers on how to help an ingrown toenail so for that I gave them an extra star.

Critical: QualityThe worst place to go. I had anc, my hands swelled up after. The nails were so bad, within 2 days, they chipped and broke. They were crooked and not done properly. My pedicure was the absolute worst. Nails were not even and polish chipped rather quickly. I would stay away from there.

I went there for the very first time today and I will never go anywhere else ever again! They were fabulous! I’ve never had such kind gentle service before as I did there. My pedicure was amazing, best one yet! I love the fact that you can choose what type of foot care you want. While waiting for my toes to dry, the woman kindly gave me a shoulder massage. I was stunned because I never would’ve expected that kind of service! I am in love with this place and will be coming here all the time! You will never have service as great as Irises! Thank you!

First time coming to Iris. Stopped in on a Sunday at 11am for a pedicure. There was no wait. The place was clean, well lit, the massage chairs were good, and there was no annoying TV on in the background.
