My hair came out AMAZING!! I’m definitely going back there. So many ppl has asked where I did I get my hair braided and I have been telling exactly where. The ONLY thing that might be an issue is they accept cash only. Luckily I just a had a feeling and brought some cash with me but besides that, I find nothing wrong. They have a culture and it was exactly what I expected.

Definitely won’t be coming back here anytime soon after paying $160 for short crochet!!! Curls already coming off, I haven’t even left the salon yet. The usual stylist was out on leave and I ended with someone rude, couldn’t even care less of the fact I had informed them I needed to leave early, didn’t want to accommodate cash transfer, insisting on their business being cash only. They make nice braids if you have money to spare. PS: they still have some nice people there but 1 bad apple spoils the bunch!!!

I would like to state that I love my hair and the workers did a great job on my style, but I won’t be returning due to the environment of the shop and what seems to be a questionable cash only policy. As others have stated, the workers aren’t friendly upon arrival or during the process which I feel like is important in a salon. However, I thought maybe it was cultural differences. I recommend seeing an individual stylist for braids. While they can do it in a timely fashion, I felt uncomfortable the entire time.

I’ve gone here plenty of times. The best times was when Henry was here. He was a beast with the head. If I knew where he went I would go there. I’m reading all these horrible reviews. I do have an up coming touch up appointment and kinda scared to take my hair down. One lady told me 60 for touch up and now nonye says 80 so I don’t want to get there and they say 100. I may just go back to my original person at another shop.

By far the worst braiding service and salon period in this city. Wife Tryed to give the benefit of the doubt and go again with a 5pm appt for just two braids. She waited 20 mins after getting there early and no one acknowledged her..then they got mad and and told her to wait and started talking in different languages when she asked how long (they close at 6) then the talk got agressive and rude so my wife just left as they shouted ♂️

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I booked an appointment with a stylist for today at 430. I walked in at 415 and told them who I booked with. A stylist confidently walked up to me as if I booked with the asked to see the picture of what I wanted then preceded to tell me I had to much hair for the price in their book and upped the price. I sat with her, she started braiding and the stylist I booked with walked in and asked the person braiding my hair “So you’re impersonating me?” After getting the mirror I was highly upset because I didn’t get what I asked for. She then said I didn’t have enough hair which was contradictory to her statement in the beginning. Then asked if I could come back in a week to rectify the situation. I WILL NEVER COME BACK NOR DO I RECOMMEND ANYONE READING THIS TO USE THIS BUSINESS. I never leave review but the people need to know this before using this place

I was recommended this shop by a coworker since my usual braider is booked until August. I sent an inquiry on their site and someone contacted me right away which was a plus. I sent the reference photo and was quoted $300 for butterfly locs, hair not included. After sending a $300 deposit, I asked what hair should I buy. They responded “You sent a picture of butterfly locs. Go to Amazon, type in butterfly locs. Get whatever length.” I thought it was funny at the time but honestly a clue about what I was going to get myself into. They followed up and said I needed to get spring twists. They never specified the amount or brand I should get so I spent over $100 at a beauty supply based on what I’ve used for faux locs in the past.
