I got a haircut with layers and as I’m the middle of the haircut my hairdresser takes a phone call and continues to cut my hair with one hand. She didn’t check over to see if all of the ends were even. The price was right with a Groupon (which she preferred you didn’t buy but then why advertise on Groupon??). However, later that day when I put my hair in a ponytail I realized the ends were not even at all and one piece was much longer than the rest of my hair. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFinally a haircut I love! Ever since my stylist moved away I have bounced place to place looking for someone that could cut my naturally curly hair. If it isn’t cut properly, it just doesn’t curl. I have a lot of naturally silver hair mixed in with dark hair and I was wanting some non traditional colors like purple, pink and blue. Rosa did a wonderful job washing my hair, hearing my requests, being personable, and professional. Sati was also personable, professional, easy to work with and did an amazing job cutting my hair and blowing it out. My blowout lasted 4 days and as soon as I washed my hair, it did what I wanted it to, curled! Even after 4 days of it being straight. I love the cut. It is awesome. Finally a haircut I love! Ever since my stylist moved away I have bounced place to place looking for someone that could cut my naturally curly hair. If it isn’t cut properly, it just doesn’t curl. I was initially worried I wouldn’t be able to find a salon in the city near the location I was in to be able to help put in extensions so last minute but they did such a great job here and were extremely friendly and hospitable the whole time. Everyone in the salon was running around finding hairspray and bobby pins to secure my hair and they seemed like they were all really excited to help me with this fun look. They even asked to take some pictures of me in my festival outfit afterwards.
