I called to schedule an appointment for a hair cut and vivid highlights on dark hair, once I arrived the staff was very nice and after briefly waiting I was started on. My hair is dark brown and I knew bleaching would be part of the process as I wanted hot pink face framing pieces. While the stylists was very nice and my hair cut looks good, she failed to tone my hair after bleaching it and it had darker bleach spots on a portion. Rather than toning to match the other lifted portions she proceeded to put the vivid pink color on a splotchy base. As a result my hair is now three different pinks and when my mom and I asked the stylist she said she could put more color over to match it. I knew at this point it was best to call it a day and find a vivid color correction specialist. I like my haircut and the staff was nice, but I would not recommend coming to this location for vivid colors. Really bummed about the cost of what i paid and the new cost I will now have to pay out to have it corrected.

Came in desperately needing a cut from my damaged ends from constant coloring and bleaching. I wanted to go lighter on my hair but upon the consultation and the test strands it was recommended that I did not bleach my hair. Aurora and the gentleman (didn’t get his name) we’re very honest with me and my hair. They took great care of me and I ended up wanting a long A-line bob with an all over color and it came out better than I envisioned. Highly recommend this salon and will definitely be coming back.

This place was fantastic! Went to the valley for a wedding and decided I wanted my hair done. Needless to say, it was a Saturday and I had no appointment.Xclusive hair salon was able to fit me in and did a fantastic job. Jay was great! I was so happy with his work. I highly recommend you trying this place out. The owner does great peinados.

Went in for a haircut, we had gotten Jay as our stylist. I wasn’t not made aware of any extra service’s, and a blow out/styling was done to my hair in the end. I did not ask for such services to be done. What I thought was going to be a 30$ haircut ,came out to 60$ :/ That’s honesty outrageous..please talk to your customers before doing work on them that they did not ask for.

I had my mom come in for a bayalage and she was seen by Jay Rose, he did an amazing job. Very professional and friendly service. Cost was reasonable and my mom loved her results. Hi, I went to this hair salon and they completely ruined my hair. Aurora cuts hair horribly, she doesn’t follow what I ask her to do and makes it way to short. I do not recommend this hair salon at all, I will NEVER go back‼️‼️

I just left this place with hopes of getting a trim but a lady told me that the hair stylists were not there and she wouldn’t know when they’d get there. I asked if she could give them a call and ask them but she said “no” and simply returned to her call.
