Fantastic salon! Front desk asked me what kind of hair I had when I was calling to make an appt to match me up with a stylist who worked well with my type of hair. Got a GREAT cut! Rhonda was very attentive during the consult and understood what I was asking for. She made some great suggestions for the style as well. Very detailed and skilled with her work. Will definitely be coming back!

I usually just shave it down with clippers but wanted to get an actual haircut for once and I am glad I did it was a pleasant experience and if you’re reading this just go ahead and call to get your appointment. I was able to call and get an appointment within the next hour which was also a bonus. I always go to Rhonda to get my hair colored but I have to tell you about what other things she does for her clients. I have MS and yesterday I fell on a parking lot and landed on my head. Was rushed to a trauma center for stitches in my head and a CT. My hair was a mess of debris and blood and I can’t wash it because of the stitches at my hairline. I called Salon 16 and Rhonda said come on over. This is the second time I couldn’t wash my own hair and she was kind enough to have one of the girls take time to do this free of charge. And sweet Cassie who now works on the floor always looks out for me. They treat all their clients like family. I’m so glad I found this place. You might pay a little more there but Rhonda makes you feel like your her most important client and family. I would never go anywhere else! Thank you everyone for today. I really was feeling down and you really helped. Love you all!

I just moved into the area from another state, did some research and found Salon 16. I booked a cut with Stephanie and she was amazing. She sat me down and chatted about my hair listening intently for 5 minutes. She cut and styled my hair and it was great, no surprises and I immediately booked another appointment for color. I highly recommend them. And being there during the pandemic I watched them disinfect chairs and stations between customers. Everyone wore a mask as well. Kudos on running a fantastic business!

Last Saturday was the first time I went to Salon 16. What an excellent experience! Stephanie was the hair stylist who cut my hair. She listened carefully to me when I explained what I wanted for a final result, she studied my fine, curly hair and then she gave me a fabulous haircut. She was professional, friendly, and helpful.
