I’ve been going here for years, and am sad to say customer service has steadily been on the decline. The few times I had a gel manicure, the polish never reached the nail edges, even after I pointed it out and had to come back to have it fixed by Millie, because the previous time the polish peeled back on Day 2 of vacation. So it took 2 attempts to get a decent manicure, and extra wasted time. So I only got pedicures from then on, and the girls who did pedicures were great. Then the salon moved to an appointment-only model, which I found out when I came in and was turned away. Ok, made my appointment for 5:30 today, went in and picked my polish to then be told there’s at least a 25 minute wait! What’s the point then? How about a phone call warning? Won’t be going back. Very sad to not spend locally due to such inconsideration of my time.

Went to do non-gel polish manicure. The woman asked me rudely to pre-pay in the middle of the process and just stopped and stared at me. I wasn’t given any reason and get like she distrusted me to not pay (which is weird given it’s a inexpensive procedure). Felt really disrespected in front of other customers who all paid at the end of their services. Won’t be coming back due to customer service!!

It was a great experience. Cleanest salon I’ve ever been to. Friendly workers. Very efficient and professional. No rude conversations between the employees. I really loved it. The best Manni Peddi I ever had. I will definitely go back.

I had a new set of nails put on June 29th, its been about a week and a half and I’ve had 5 fall off. On top of that, out of the 5 nails left they are all peeling off. My husband encouraged me to go back and have them fix it because he did just pay $65 for it but after having 5 break off in the last 24 hours I don’t even want to be bothered. Complete waste of money.

The ladies were super friendly, they are taking a lot of precautions with COVID19. It was my 1st time there today and I will go back. If you are looking for a super modern salon this is not it but it is clean and I am happy with my mani and pedi.

Great place to get a manicure and pedicure. Very reasonable prices. Had two designs added to my manicure for only $5 extra and looks great! Very clean and friendly atmosphere. I have already recommended this place to a few people. Very satisfied.
