Kaitlyn cut my hair and she was amazing! Not only was she very personable and kept conversation going (no awkward silence. whoo!!) but my hair came out perfect! Throughout the process she checked in with me and made sure the length was just perfect! I couldn’t be happier and I can’t thank her enough. Not only was she very personable and kept conversation going (no awkward silence. whoo!!) but my hair came out perfect! Wow! I haven’t had my hair cut or trimmed in over six years. Kaitlyn made sure I had a great experience despite my anxiety. I never once felt uncomfortable like I have in past salons. She was very understanding and patient with me. She was great to work with and my hair looks the best it has ever looked in a long time. I will definitely be returning. The receptionist when I first walked in was also as friendly as ever and put my nerves at ease. Thank you to everyone there! You were all so kind. ❤️
